* Orders of £85 and under are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged on a country by country basis.

Duties & Taxes

Orders sent to addresses outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these and have to ask that the customer is responsible for settling the cost. Unfortunately these vary for different countries so we are unable to estimate what they will be on a case by case basis.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds can only be issued for items purchased directly from Kartel.co.uk.
All other refunds would be issued by the re-seller.

Returns Procedure

When an order is sent back, please help us by including the order number it relates to and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.

For exchanged items the customer is liable to a standard delivery charge of £3.95 for the delivery of the exchanged item.

Personalised Watches

Unless faulty, any watch purchased from Kartel.co.uk with an engraving is non-returnable.

Faulty Product Returns

All watches are supplied with a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This covers mechanical defects to the watch. Watch straps and batteries are not covered by this. Excluded are malfunctions resulting from accidents or negligence. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and exchanges will only be processed if accompanied with proof of purchase. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
